We bought our first home with the aid and guidance of Barb (and Deb), an awesome duo that understood our needs and wants. We looked at many recommendations by the team, but one of the first houses we saw checked every box. Unfortunately, it quickly went into pending and we were forced to move on. Barb noted she would keep close eye on that home in case it goes back on the market, but we should continue our search. She understood our budget well and we spent a few months looking at alternate options.
