Very knowledgeable and motivated realtor. Would gladly work with her again for buying or selling. She was very helpful in the selling process of our home and all of the necessary paperwork and inspections needed for the sale.

I don't often leave reviews for anything unless I feel it is exceptional! My realtor, Brad Vondrak from Remax Sonora ca did an outstanding job working with myself and my mother. My situation was unique and he was able to mitigate everything that needed to be handled and above. From helping another realtor to sell my mother's home, aid the new purchase and keep track of title, financing company and all my requests he was a hustler!!! Quick to answer emails and calls and always remained calm and professional. If you are looking for a hard working, good humored realtor but humble this is your person. Thank you Brad for everything you have made this experience as fun as it can get!!!!

Brad was absolutely awesome!!!! He sold my house after being on the market for over a year, I had totally lost hope and thought I was going to let it foreclose. He did major research and marketed to the right places. I could not be happier with Brad. He was always professional and extremely responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend Brad, buying or selling he really knows his stuff. Thank-you again Brad! I couldn' the have asked for a better experience.

Very professional and proficient!! Great team work as a whole!! I will always use and recommend this amazing team!! Gina went over and beyond for us. We had one of those escrows that became very complicated and this team worked so hard to make sure everything went smooth. They went over and beyond with every issue and were always there to reassure my wife and I. Again, I'll always recommend Gina and her entire team.

Having Brad as a realtor was such a great experience. He was always there and helped ease all the stress that comes with purchasing a home. We purchased a HUD home and Brad was always in our corner throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him as a realtor for any one looking for a new home.

Brad was great in helping us purchase our home. We could always count on him when we needed anything during and after the home buying process. I would recommend Brad to any home buyer looking for a great and honest realtor.

When we came to Stacey to start the process of looking for our new home, she was very helpful and encouraging. She went out of her way to be available to look at homes we were interested in with us and gave her honest opinions on them. When it came time to put an offer in on our house, she walked us through the process and made it known what was going to happen and immediately told us when our offer was accepted. Every step of the way Stacey was there for us if we had questions or doubts. She even made herself available to us while on vacation! We would definitely recommend Stacey to anyone who is looking to purchase a home... and we know for sure when and if the time comes for us to sell our home and purchase a new one, Stacey will be who we call!

Brad is a great agent with a wonderful personality. If he does not have an answer, he will work hard to find it. He is 100% reliable. It was a great pleasure to work with him!
