Stacey was very helpful and professional. Her knowledge of the area and resources like contractors is excellant due to her growing up in the area. I have always dreamed of living in the Gold country and now I do.

We cannot recommend Stacey highly enough; she knows the market, she works really hard to present the property in the best light and market it thoroughly. What really impressed us was that Stacey took the time to understand what was important to us and did not just gloss over that or ignore our feedback - she was clearly the expert but listened to us & then advised which was great.

Stacey did an amazing job helping me sell my property. She was able to get a great price in less than a week on the market. Thanks Stacey for all your help in this process!

Stacey did an amazing job; from aligning with us on pricing & value through to all the incredible work to rectify issues with the house and get it closed. Really fantastic and EASY for us. Stacey could see the small details which ultimately made a huge difference to finding the right buyers and marketing appropriately. Highly recommended to anyone selling in Calaveras, no question.

Stacey helped us buy this home five years ago, and she helped us sell it and buy a new home. She represented us well and advertised on multiple social media outlets. Her hard work paid off, our home sold pretty fast. She is our go-to professional for real estate!

Stacey was with us every step of the way and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area we were looking. We have already agreed that we will have her help us sell our existing home this year when our new home is remodeled. Would definitely recommend Stacey!

Stacey helped us find and purchase our current home five years ago, and she is helping us sell it now. She is also helping us in the purchase of our new home. We are extremely pleased with the work Stacey put in to advertise our home and show it, she brought many potential buyers to show our home. We now have buyers and are in escrow. Stacey is a real estate pro!

Stacey has been very good to work with on the purchase of a property! She found good places for us to check out. She was up front about the positive and not so positive aspects of each place; her honest opinions really were appreciated! And in the end we found just what we wanted and she guided us through the purchase process without stress. I recommend her highly.
