Great experience. She’s helped me sell and buy multiple homes and never lost a deal. No pressure but knows how to close. She knows the local market and knows how to work with other Real Estate agents.

Very knowledgeable about real estate. She was very patient and showed us many homes before we finally found the perfect place to live. We would recommend Stacey to anyone who is looking for a home Calaveras County or the surrounding areas.

The buyer was a difficult personality and had difficulties qualifying with a number of issues to resolve. Stacey was on top of everything and a real bulldog to get it closed when the odds were looking negative. There were many times she went beyond the call of duty, at least far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend her!

Stacey is one of the most responsive agents we have met. She showed us many houses and never pressured us to make a decision on any particular one until we were ready. In fact, she told us not to settle and if we are not loving the house. We drove from the bay area many times and she made herself available to show us homes and worked with our schedule. In this crazy market, she guided us appropriately and we found a house that we will love for many years to come!

We simply would not be in our dream home if Stacey wasn’t our agent. She is not only competent, she is also extremely responsive. And she doesn’t get discouraged when the inevitable snags come up. In fact, she advocated for us all the more when the going got rough. We are so grateful that we landed Stacey as our agent!

As most know covid 19 effected the market. Our deal started early 2020 and we were jumping through hoops working through it and closed 4-5 months later. Stacey, during the the process was very responsive and was able to carry us me the buyer and also the seller to closing. Would I do a deal with her again. Yes I would. She will give her honest opinion but will go to bat for you no matter what.
