We first met Kelly in January of 2022. She immediately began providing us with listings that met all our criteria. We had lived in Northern Virginia previously and understood what a changeling real estate market it was. Kelly was very patient with us as we looked at multiple homes over the next few months. She found the perfect home for us in late June and we closed in July. She was at our side throughout the entire process. I am convinced if she hadn’t been our agent we would not have been able to get the house we did. We will not hesitate to utilize her for our future real estate needs.

Kelly was extremely helpful in the sale of my property. Being from the local area, she was very knowledgeble on my properties characteristics and what people were looking for in the area. I will be using her to sell future properties as well.

Kelly has grown up in the area and knows the neighborhoods well. She understood my preference for a vintage house within walking distance of the Historic Downtown and within my budget. Kelly guided me through negotiation and purchase in a fast-paced market. She is competent, professional, and available. And she continues to help and provide suggestions as I settle in.

Kelly was amazing! I was buying a house by myself and she made the whole process as stress-free as possible. She was so patient in answering all of my questions and didn't pressure me at all to choose a house. If I move again, I will definitely use her!

Kelly is the best! She walked me through the entire house selling and buying process, answering all of my questions. I never had to search for a contractor, she has an entire roster of trusted local experts to help with repairs. When issues arose with my buyers, Kelly was on top of it looking out for my best interest. I will definitely use her again if I move.

As first time homebuyers we had little knowledge of what we were getting into. Dianna was there to help and explain every step of the way. Throughout our process we had difficulty with other people in the process, but Dianna did everything In her power to correct or make up for it, though it wasn’t her fault. We would absolutely recommend Dianna!

Candice made selling my house so easy. Great recommendations on what to fix and/or how to stage the house. She also marketed my house so well that we had a lot if showings quickly. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a house.

Working with Candice was great. She had great suggestions that we didn’t think about which really helped us sell our house. In addition, she stood firm when it came to our expectations and request. When we needed to have a couple odd jobs done to secure the sale, she knew exactly who to call on to expedite the process. It was our first time using an agent and she did a great job! A big thank you goes out to Candy, lol.

Candice was wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable and professional when assisting you to sell your property! Communication was excellent with Candice. She kept us informed every step of the way. She negotiated and sold our property within a few days! We actually sold above our asking price due to her ability to showcase our property using drone pictures, etc. I would highly recommend Candice if you are in need of a wonderful realtor who can get the job done!
