I had the pleasure of working with Kelly selling my moms home!
I had the pleasure of working with Kelly when she assisted me in selling my late mother's house. During this challenging time, Kelly displayed remarkable compassion, empathy, and professionalism. She was considerate of our needs and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Kelly's ability to understand and address the emotional aspects of the process while maintaining a high level of professionalism truly impressed me. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a house.

Kelly was awesome to work with when selling my home!
Kelly was awesome to work with. She kept me well informed with everything going on. She worked with me with my dog issues. We got close to asking price during a very difficult time. Kelly is very knowledgeable at buying and selling homes. I would have used Kelly to buy my new home, but I bought from my nephew. I would use Kelly again if I need to buy or sell a house

Candice Southard - is awesome!!
Candice is the embodiment of what a professional Realtor should be. She takes into her heart the role of being the the advocate for the seller by ensuring that the seller is able to get the maximum price that is possible. As in all things in life, it is not all about money, it is about personal relationship. Candice ensures that she is available to set the seller up for success. She readily stepped in to let the movers and handyman come into the house when we had to leave VA to be physically present during the walk through and settlement of our house in AZ. Candice has a knack of using all that technology (email, texting, phone call) has offer to communicate with us. While my husband and I were on the road to AZ, we could always count on Candice to let us know what is happening. This comunnication continued while we settled in AZ up to the point of settlement. If you want a Realtor who is thorough and dedicated, then Candice Southard is the Realtor for you.

I want to say "THANK YOU KELLY!" for such a top of the line job!
I want to say "THANK YOU KELLY!" for such a top of the line job. Kelly had a hard sell on my in-laws home. The sewer system failed inspection and a new alternative system had to be put in. Kelly went above and beyond for the sewer to be replaced. I would not have anyone else sell my house. She is a awesome real-estate dealer.
