Experienced in both real estate and the Culpeper area!!! Kelly and Wes helped us buy our first home back in 2019. When our family outgrew our starter home they helped us sell it and buy our forever home (2024) on a tight timeline and meet the contingencies needed to purchase. With their expertise we achieved everything we were hoping for and more.

Kelly’s standing and reputation within the local community is undeniable and for very, very good reason! I knew her name before we even considered moving just from all the recommendations I’ve seen on Facebook posts over the years. The knowledge and experience brought to the table by Kelly and her team is irreplaceable and invaluable! She made the selling process a breeze for us and brought our wildest dreams to life with the quick and above asking price sale of our home!

We used Kelly Duckett-Corbin to sell our home in Culpeper, VA and recommend her to everyone! She was professional, responsive to our needs, exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. We had many ideas of our own to sell our home quickly and for the most return on our investment but followed Kelly's suggestions, which were always correct, and we had an offer within 3 days of listing. I don't think we could have found a more perfect realtor!

Kelly is a true professional who went above and beyond to provide service to me while I was looking for a home. She quickly responded to my calls and made herself available when I needed, and she listened to my interests and specific parameters to find the best possible match for me. Her experience in home renovation was a bonus, as my budget required me to look at homes that would need work upon move in. During viewings, she shared honest general assessments of home repair needs that steered me in the right direction and saved me from making expensive mistakes as a new home buyer. Best of all, she was a fun companion to have as I drove all over my new community looking for the best place to settle. I would definitely use her as my agent again in the future, and I highly recommend her to others.

My family and I just moved to Virginia from Kentucky and Kelly assisted us in finding a lovely home in Culpeper. We closed on the house in Feb. of this year. I must say, that Kelly is kind, she knows this area extremely well and was able to help us zero in on what we wanted quickly. She listens and has great intuition when learning about her clients needs. Strongly recommend her!

If you are looking to buy or sell a house in the Culpeper area the Duckett-Corbin team will provide you with a service that goes above and beyond what other agents might do. They are honest, know the local market and work well with other agents. In the past 7 years I have sold 2 houses and purchased 1 house and Kelly and her team were great. After the sales transaction is completed they don’t just disappear, they will be there for you. In fact you may just gain a friend. I would definitely use them again should the opportunity arise.
