Kelly has helped me sell two houses now and I can not say enough amazing things about her. She is so understanding about special circumstances and has a way of making the entire process feel seamless- even if it’s chaotic behind the scenes! There’s no other realtor I would ever use!

When thinking of selling my husband‘s mother’s home in the Culpepper area, my husband and I were thinking that we should use a local real estate company that would be familiar with the area. Not that that the big companies would not know but we did not live there and we had a relative living in that house that needed relocating. Montague Miller and Company also had a five star rating. We chose Montague Miller and Company for what we thought would be people with the personal touch, who knew the area, had connections in the community, and would help with locating the relative. So, we are so very glad we chose Montague Miller and Company assigning Kelly Corbin to sell the house. She met and exceeded our expectations . Kelly Corbin not only sold and closed on the home expeditiously, she connected us with people that could cut the grass, clean the house and property, and other necessary services. Kelly even found the relative who was living there the perfect place to live in town. She provided moving resource and even provided help to pack his things to move. Everything worked out like clockwork. Our agent, Kelly, was very knowledgeable of not only the area and its resources but could relate to our situation with moving the relative out of the house. Kelly was so helpful so patient and persistent with her efforts anyone else would’ve given up, we believe. Her plate was full. We know that she was “our Angel” sent to us. Kelly was fully knowledgeable with the Internet use as she sent forms for us to sign and initial . This was extremely helpful given we lived out of state. We can’t say enough about Kelly and the Montague Miller Real Estate Company. They were everything and much much more than we expected. I wish I could give more than a five star rating. The quality and care of service was “out of this world.” Kelly certainly lived up the the well earned 5-star rating.

Kelly has been one of the best realtors I have worked with. She really took time with me to help me with both selling and buying my home. She never made me feel rushed into any decisions and always looked out for me.

My house was in need of extensive updates, and I lived in another state. Karen took it upon her self to help me make the needed repairs and updates to assure a positive sale. I know she put in countless hours for my benefit. Could not find a more knowledgeable or dedicated agent, always positive and kept me informed start to finish of the sales process. Thank you Karen!

Great HONEST advice . Very easy to deal with and very helpful. Sold the home we had on the market, found us a rental and a new lot to build on . Marketing was wonderful as well and great pictures along with drone pictures.

Kelly Duckett Corbin is the Ultimate Real Estate Professional and we highly recommend you have her assist with your home sale or purchase. Kelly is a Culpeper native with her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. She knows and lives here and can tell you how the area has evolved over the past 15+ years with a vision of how it will continue to grow. Kelly is always available to answer your questions or meet with you on your schedule. She is honest and straightforward and will not sugar coat the situation; her "Never Give Up" attitude is wonderful. Kelly helped us list our home, complete with fabulous photos and a virtual walk through, and get it under contract in less than one week during a world wide pandemic. When our first purchaser backed out of the contract she immediately put it back on the market, reaching out and letting everyone know it was once again available, and we had another contract in just a few days. She kept us from stressing out and losing our minds! Seriously, Kelly will take good care of you no matter if you're a buyer or seller.

Kelly was by far the finest Real Estate Professional I've had the pleasure to work with. I've had several property transactions over many years, and none compared to the ease with which our final house sold under Kelly's guidance and hard work. Kelly was able to give us workable, result driven tips to get the house ready for market, and then immediately got it advertised in a manner that garnered a great deal of interest. We listed at perhaps not the best time, early October, and she drew in enough buyers to land two offers within barely a week (one of which was right at our sales price!) Kelly's appreciation and respect for our individual dilemma was without equal. As Kelly has been working in Culpeper County for many years, she has a database of sources and contacts that enable her to do MORE than is expected for her clients. She is in step with current trends involving the market and is consistently ready to respond to any and all issues with a workable plan that benefits her clients. I greatly appreciated her frankness, her kindness, her talent, and her welcome sense of humor and grace during a difficult time.
