She was also sensitive to our needs and and quick to respond to questions. In our particular case the seller's agent was quite rude and aggressive, yet Kelly remained calm and gracious throughout, we are so happy with our home and Kelly.

Kelly helped me on my first home purchase. She has endless knowledge of the area as she is a local girl. Kelly skillfully showed us house after house, observing our reactions carefully and patiently listening to our concerns. When a short-sale came on the market, she acted quickly, knowing it was just what we wanted. The price was a little high, so I made a reasonable counter-offer, which Kelly relayed to the seller, handling all the negotiations in a highly professional manner. The result: we got a wonderful home in a very nice neighborhood, close to work and to my children's schools, and right across from the swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground.
