From the moment we started looking for a house, we had problems with realtors not being prepared or even not showing up. Nicole was early, enthusiastic, understanding, and put her all into helping us. The initial house we wanted, wasn’t meant for us. She explained why, and went above and beyond providing several alternate properties. She got us into any house we wanted to see, the day off. She also gave us great recommendations throughout the process (loan agencies, home insurance, literally everything). We were very eager first time home buyers, and had no idea what we were doing. She was so kind and patient with all of our questions and misunderstandings. We ended up finding a house we loved. She got the process started, walked us through everything possible. She helped keep in contact with sellers, loan agency, title agency, to get this done asap. We closed on our home in less than month with her. She was nothing short of just perfect. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
