I lost my husband and had a brain aneurism at the same time. This forced me to have to sell my home. It was a difficult thing for me to do, but Cynthia made the sale go smoothly. I had already relocated out of the area and she did everything possible for me. I never had to worry about anything. She showed me compassion and really cared for me. This is not the case with anyone I know who has had to sell a home. I can't begin to thank her for all she did for me. I have recommended her to all my friends who are considering selling their homes. What a wonderful agent and person.

Cindy was great in helping us sell our home. We were executors of an estate and Cindy handled all of the extra paperwork with ease. She communicated to us often and we were able to close on the property within 90 days of it being on the market. We were happy with the offer that we received and the speed at which it closed. Cynthia went above and beyond in helping us purchase our Condo in Laughlin. We currently live in Alaska and while on vacation in Vegas we made a trip to Laughlin to tour Condo communities for our retirement years. While we were there a unit that met our needs was open and we made an offer that was accepted. Since we were only in town for a couple days all closing was done remotely, she was great in communicating with us when documents were being sent for our signatures, called or texted us to keep us informed on the purchase. This in my mind was great customer service! I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home in Laughlin.
