I was referred to Nicole Davis to help me find a house to purchase in Nevada, mainly Laughlin. I had never given thought to such a huge purchase. Overwelmed, anxiety overload! I finally met Nicole one day at a house i thought i would like. She was so kind to actually say "sure! I will meet you there!" OMG it was not for me. We talked and it was so easy to talk to her and open up about what i wanted. Soon, she had about 5 houses to look at. I fell in love hard-quiet, room for my pets, mountain in my back yard. I thought, she's awesome! I did not know anything about real estate, and all the forms associated with. I felt scared and alone But Nicole helped me with everything! All the paperwork and forms and everything in between. I got copies of everything i signed and everything i needed to know. Phone calls to Nicole saying "OMG what is this and what does that mean?" were answered and explained in detail. She really knows her stuff and i can truly say, that this was the best experience ever! I have now been in my home for almost 3 months. Love my house, and i love Nicole for finding me a home which i never thought could ever happen, and, understand the process! ! We loved working with Nicole. We came from California. She was always willing to accommodate our schedule coming into town to view homes, as well as being available by email, text, or phone. She was proactive in trying to find home types of our liking, to include sending out an inquiry letter to the housing tract we were interested in. She was patient when we wanted to re view homes a second or even a third time! She kept a keen eye out on any problems a potential home had, and didn’t hesitate to ask for compensation for getting the needed work done. Once we decided on our home, she helped walk us through the electronic portion of paperwork, gave a list of local vendors for setting up utilities, and also gave referrals for vendors for some of the work we wanted to have done on our home. She topped it off with a sweet and thoughtful welcome gift once we arrived. I would definitely recommend Nicole and Realty One for anyone moving to this area, as well as local Laughlin Nevada area, as Nicole has her licensure there as well. We Hired Cindy McCall to sell our house and we’re so extremely pleased with her professionalism, her courteousness and that she always got back to us with any questions. She went beyond any real estate agent we have ever worked with and we have bought and sold numerous homes. Cindy advertised beyond our expectations and was ontop of any concern or issues we encountered! Our only regret was that she wasn’t just the selling agent, but we wished she would’ve also been the buyers agent as she was worth every penny. She was courteous, understanding and professional thru the entire process which I could not say the same for the buyer's agent (which is why we never listed our property with him due to his rude arrogance).
