Realtors that are knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and trustworthy are very hard to come by. Parks Morgan is all of those things and more. From the first time we met all the way up to closing, Parks took excellent care of my family and I. He listened to all of our expectations and guided us through the home buying process like we were family. I never felt pushed into any property that I did not want in the interest of him making a deal. Even after helping us find a home that would fit our needs, Parks protected our interests through the contract stage and got involved when our hectic schedules created minor road blocks. Whenever I or anyone I know is need of a realtor, Parks is who I will call and/or recommend without any reservation or hesitation. Do yourself a favor and go with Parks.

I can not say enough good things about Tomi. He listened to my needs and understood my position from every standpoint. He did not waste any of my time, we started this journey together on July 9th and we were all moved in by August 10th. That is true service! I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a home. On another note I live in Texas and he did all of this remotely with my son looking at the homes. What a fabulous experience for my son and I to have gotten such a great guy with over the top service! Thanks Tomi we now have a beautiful home.

It takes a special feeling for the client and broker to have from the beginning. Steve was upfront, honest, open and willing to answer any questions. Steve primarily was the most informed, eager to accommodate broker. When the title company and mortgage lender wasn't doing their job correctly , Steve stepped in and straightened things out. Steve has become a good friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone! When I got so stressed out over some of the procedures needed during the closing process, Steve got my information to me and grounded me to chill out. Had it not been for him on several occasions, I would've considered backing out of the purchase.

We identified the home we wanted, provided the details to John Michael and from that point he handled all the negotiations and coordination. What impressed me the most is his knowledge and connections with the ancillary services required to purchase a home; legal representation, home inspection, insurance, etc. Throughout the entire process not a single issue.
