What an amazing person to work with in purchasing our new home. Steve took the time, sat us down, gave us a step by step guide on how home buying from pre-approval to final closing. Although, it took us almost 5 months to decide on our home, Steve would update us daily via email on properties in the market and area that we were interested in. He was always available for any questions that we had, and would work his schedule around our needs due to our careers. He is patient, understanding, and honest. We met Steve during a Chamber of Commerce gathering, and set up a meeting at his office in Wilton Manors. He took the time to explain the entire process, from pre-approval to the final closing. Steve researched properties and updated us daily with the areas, home prices, size of homes that we were interested in. We started our process in the fall, and closed this past Friday. Krisztina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped in any way possible throughout the entire transaction from cleaning the house if she felt it just needed a quick wipe down before a showing to meeting with vendors if I could not be there while we got the house ready to list. She was always available to answer questions as well and made sure we were informed throughout the entire process all the way up through sitting at the closing table. Great experience. Krisztina walked me through every step of the way and was a great help as I was doing a long distance sale from another state. She pays a lot of attention to detail, has a very methodological approach that is concise, efficient, and effective. She knows the market well and is on top of all of the latest trends. She also has a lovely personality and is a pleasure to work with. It’s a bit stressful when trying to sell a house from another state, but Krisztina took care of everything that I wasn’t physically able to and it was such a relief to know I had someone I could trust in the process.
