Maggie Dunne proved to be an outstanding agent in getting our house sold. We are grateful for how thorough she was in assisting us with the sale particularly since we were not physically at the home during the sale. Her professionalism and positivity were much appreciated during what has proven to be a trying time during the pandemic. Thank you Maggie.

Krisztina did an amazing job helping me sell my house from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial visit with a walk through to get an idea of what we were working with, to pointing out some things that could be done to increase appeal, and go over comps in the area to give an idea of what to expect. The staging service she offered was top notch between her eye for detail in design and the fantastic choice of the photographer. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Always was available to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. My first time selling a home seemed like a daunting task, but was made a very pleasant experience. Communication between herself, her partner Mike and myself was top notch. I'd highly recommend Krisztina to anyone looking for help finding or selling a home.

Quite recently, thanks to Steve's support and assistance, we were able to locate and close on a wonderful piece of South Florida property. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to travel to Florida and personally see the property beforehand. Hence, we needed to count on Steve to be "our eyes" from afar. To this end, Steve went out of his way to go above and beyond by previewing properties ahead of time on our behalf which he felt were suitable, followed by later "zooming" us to allow for a virtual tour. Steve was always one step ahead when it came to providing information and factual analysis re: each property. Most importantly, following the time that we signed a sales contract on our chosen property, Steve remained well connected to the deal and maintained a watchful eye over the transaction up and through the point of closing.

Tom and Fernando did a very good job. They had very good knowledge on neighborhoods and the houses in which I was interested. I feel they had my best interest in mind at every stage of this transaction. They were always there when I needed any assistance. If asked, I can certainly recommend Tom and Fernando for anyone buying or selling your home.

Got to know this individual very well as we had some hurdles to this sale of our home. His attention to details and professional follow through made this stressful out of state seller an experience of confidence throughout the whole situation. You could not find a better caretaker of your property.

If you have been stuck in the South Florida real estate game with what seems like no end in sight, then call Tomi! We were desperate to get out of our rental but struggling to find something affordable that wasn't a disaster of a fixer upper. When Tomi first gauged our situation, he promised us he would be honest, available and persistent in our search...and he was! Tomi worked so incredibly hard to find us the perfect home. He reached out to us consistently when we were feeling frustrated and losing hope. He gave us sincere opinions based on his extremely accurate, first-hand knowledge of the market and the quality of homes we were looking at. He knew about local communities, infrastructure, repairs, rules and regulations. Tomi found us exactly what we had been hoping for all along- a single family home with lots of space, a beautiful yard and a pool! We can't express enough gratitude towards Tomi for his dedication to helping us start this new journey in our lives, but we CAN recommend him to you!

I rarely leave reviews but Trent really went above and beyond during the sale of my condo. He took the time to explain every step of the process and did a lot of the leg work to ensure that I was able to get the best price for my unit. Plus this was during the pandemic, which made eveything that much more difficult. 5 stars.

You can’t find a more responsible or knowledgeable realtor. He makes things easy for his clients. Answered all calls promptly. Showed a lot of interest in the purchase. Knew what I wanted and showed me houses that he knew I would like. Totally on the ball.
