Parks was hired to sell my Pompano Beach house and he sold it quickly. With me being out of the country there were extra challenges in getting it closed because I didn't want to risk international travel during the pandemic. Parks collected a great team of professionals who had to work to get documents sent to me, notarized in Serbia, sent back to America and then had to translated and certified. It seemed overwhelming but they handled everything with success.

From the first time we met all the way up to closing, Parks took excellent care of my family and I. Parks is a consummate professional that kept us updated during the sale of our condo in Fort Lauderdale. At the same time, he managed to keep a great sense of humor despite the adverse selling conditions we were dealing with and was able to deal with mine and my wife's unique approach (we just aren't that conventional). We set a two year record for a sales price in the building and if we buy or sell in the Ft Lauderdale area, we will seek out Parks again.
