We started looking for houses blindly, we had never purchase a home before and weren't really sure what we were looking for. We filled out a form about a house we were interested in and Judy Boyle contacted us. We quickly realized how helpful she was pointing us in the right direction and guided us. We went through almost a whole purchase and it fell through. A few months later we found another home. Judy was very helpful and always willing to work around my crazy schedule. She fought for us when she needed to and stayed true to us. We got the house and have been here about 7 months now. I was alway 8 months pregnant and we wanted to get settled before the baby came. We closed and got moved in and our baby came 2 weeks later. Judy is simply amazing. Judy knew exactly the next steps to prepare us for and pushed the seller and his agent to get things done!
