Judy was amazing, this was my first time selling and I was pretty clueless. She helped me with every step of the process! I was already moved out of town when I was selling and Judy even dropped off checks for me/met with fire inspection people, etc! She was wonderful! Judy also took the time to be at every single showing so she could really showcase/talk to the benefits of my place. She would also text me immediately after so I was kept in the loop. We cannot say enough about Judy. She was absolutely unbelievable to work with. We spoke with her a few times while we were just starting our searching process. One day we found the house we wanted, but we were given 2 weeks to have an offer on our current home in order for our offer on the new home to stay valid. Judy came in the next day, took amazing pictures, listed the house, got showings, and got an offer all within 48 hours. She completely took the stress out of selling for us. Even after the offer was in, she took care of EVERYTHING from the inspection and every single minor detail you could imagine. After the move, we realized we forgot to leave the garage door openers, so she went out of her way to come pick them up at our new home to bring to the owners. I cannot say enough about how truly outstanding Judy is. I will send anyone I know looking for a realtor over to her.

Geri was recommended to us and I'm so happy we were able to team up with her! Her responsiveness to our questions (first time home buyers here!) and her ability to smooth out stressful situations with the sellers were imperative to our home buying process. We had an interesting closing process, and Geri was there every step of the way advocating for us and making sure we were kept informed of all the nitty gritty details. She even answer our questions about home-owning after closing. We decided to look for a new home during the off-season (winter), and while there were many fewer choices available, Geri still managed to help us find the PERFECT home for us. Geri was also extremely genuine, and I knew from the outset that her only goal was to find us a home that we would LOVE, and would spend as many weekends as needed to find that place for us (though it took less than a month to find it.) I would absolutely recommend Geri to anyone who's looking to buy or sell their home. She's a true pleasure to work with, and if we ever sell our home, she would undoubtedly be the first person I turn to.

We decided to sell our home because we were relocating. I chose Geri as our real estate agent because I worked with her on my last home purchase and everything went perfectly. Geri is tenacious, extremely thorough, has impeccable follow up and is always available day or night to answer questions. She was also very helpful with helping me to decide what to change/keep about our home as we were getting it ready to sell without being overbearing at all. Geri was also very patient with us and helpful as my husband and I agonized over what price to list our house at... We are very grateful for her experience and attention to detail when it came to reviewing comps. I have sold/purchase 5 homes and if I had met Geri sooner I would have used her for every single sale/purchase. I would definitely reccommend her to friends and family!

Deb and Chris were very attentive in the selling of our house. Our basic and not so basic needs were always met! We had some weather related issues and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic to our woes. They offered to come and help in anyway! We had to move befor the closing. Both made sure that one or the other was available to be at the house for any house selling situations that arose with the new buyers. Their response time was great, always with a positive attitude. Selling and moving is not an easy life change but they certainly took some of the stress out of the procedure by checking on us regularly! I would recommend them, give them a call!
