Working with Judy on finding and buying our home was amazing. If we were ever to buy another home Judy would be the person we would want to work with. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She knew what we wanted and we are so very happy with our home.

I found Judy via local mommy's forum on Facebook. She became a friend first, helping with advice and such. Only after my need to sell the house became apparent did she step into a role of a broker. She was very considerate of my personal situation and goal for the sale. She was dependable and present throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond, proving her high standards for her work. I was very happy with Judy's work and will recommend her services to anyone.

Judy was amazing, this was my first time selling and I was pretty clueless. She helped me with every step of the process! I was already moved out of town when I was selling and Judy even dropped off checks for me/met with fire inspection people, etc! She was wonderful! Judy also took the time to be at every single showing so she could really showcase/talk to the benefits of my place. She would also text me immediately after so I was kept in the loop. I highly recommend working with Judy!

We cannot say enough about Judy. She was absolutely unbelievable to work with. We spoke with her a few times while we were just starting our searching process. One day we found the house we wanted, but we were given 2 weeks to have an offer on our current home in order for our offer on the new home to stay valid. Judy came in the next day, took amazing pictures, listed the house, got showings, and got an offer all within 48 hours. She completely took the stress out of selling for us. Even after the offer was in, she took care of EVERYTHING from the inspection and every single minor detail you could imagine. After the move, we realized we forgot to leave the garage door openers, so she went out of her way to come pick them up at our new home to bring to the owners. I cannot say enough about how truly outstanding Judy is. I will send anyone I know looking for a realtor over to her.

She is very professional and devoted and humorous~ She protected me on every step of the selling process. I really enjoyed working with her. She was personable, friendly, and cared about finding the right home for us. Judy was very on top of things, facilitating both our sale and purchase, ensuring everything went smoothly. She was excellent in communicating with us and all the parties involved: lender, attorney, other real estate agents. Judy was wonderful, exceeding our expectations of what a real-estate agent was, and she went above and beyond to help us when we needed her!
