Robbi took the stress, work, and time out of the house-selling experience. She adopted my sister and I from the start and worked to make sure my mom's house sold for over market value. She was honest with what we could expect and guided us on what upgrades would add value and which ones wouldn't. She was extremely knowledgeable about the community, the neighborhood, and what homes were selling for. She used that knowledge to leverage and strategize putting my mom's home on the market. She has an incredible team of contractors that showed up immediately to get the house ready for the fall selling season. Finally, she advised us wisely on which offers were the strongest and which offers had issues so that we could choose one that was sincere and had the least risk of falling through. Others had told me she was the best. For us, she was a rockstar!
