Sandra, was quite literally an angel that stepped into our lives when we needed it most. Selling our mother's house after her passing whilst living out of state was an overwhelming task. Sandra Milano was very knowledgeable and professional. She always got back to me in a timely manner. She stayed involved and on top of things as I had to maneuver through many probate requirements as well as challenges that presented themselves in order to sell my deceased aunt's house. I would highly recommend her. She even checked on the house many times after a storm since I didn't live locally. Sandra also was very helpful in giving me a contact name and number that could come and remove old lawnowers, tires, etc. from the garage on the same day. Even though I was selling the property "as is" because it was old and run down, she was confident that there was value in the property. She held an Open House which attracted many contractors interested in this fixer upper. She was very busy that day. Sandra kept me informed with all the offers as they were made and then narrowing it down to just a few to begin the bidding war. I valued her expertise from start to finish. I told her that if and when I sell my own house, she'll be the first person I will contact for sure! I highly recommend Sandra Milano!

Deb and Chris were very attentive in the selling of our house. Our basic and not so basic needs were always met! We had some weather related issues and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic to our woes. They offered to come and help in anyway! We had to move befor the closing. Both made sure that one or the other was available to be at the house for any house selling situations that arose with the new buyers. Their response time was great, always with a positive attitude. Selling and moving is not an easy life change but they certainly took some of the stress out of the procedure by checking on us regularly! I would recommend them, give them a call!
