Even though we weren't actively looking, and weren't sure of our price range, she was willing and available to go to multiple different properties with us before we found the right fit. Short story: Sandy combines real-estate savvy with a genuine concern for her clients. We had several long conversations over maybe eight months before I actually decided to put my home on the market; and I never felt any pressure to list with her as she helped me explore my situation from multiple angles. Once I did list, she moved quickly and, I believe, helped me get the best possible offer for my home. Although it was admittedly something of a "fixer-upper," Sandy and her team gave it their full effort, including quite a beautiful array of pictures online and two open houses over one weekend. The house sold in five days (with some 45 people having gone through to see it and six offers) for $40,000 over the asking price. From then on, Sandy was great about giving me guidance, quickly responding to questions and checking in to see if I needed any help in the moving process. She has a wealth of knowledge concerning local resources. I'm very pleased to recommend Sandy and her team as being both pleasant and professional.

I could not be more grateful for Sandra! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Sandra is an absolute rockstar, I don't know how she does it. She helped us buy the cutest cottage in South Dennis, MA and was phenomenal at negotiating with the listing agent for what we wanted. She really knows people and real estate. Sandra goes above and beyond, making herself available for us to see the house 1000 times between our first interest and closing. She is also just a delight to work and chat with, she brings such a good energy whenever we see her . She has extensive knowledge about the Cape and surrounding areas so she gave us a lot of good info and advice, that we didn't expect. I can not say enough about Sandy and I will be recommending her to everyone I know buying or listing a house.

Super experience working with Sandra Milano and her team at Re-max to sell my home. Right from the start Sandy was easy to work with caring and friendly. We completely agreed on the listing price and at what point to drop it. Sandy and the team took care of most of the steps in the process like scheduling and meeting with home and fire inspectors so I could focus on moving on myself. Sandy WORKS on your behalf. My wife and I couldn't have chosen better than Sandy for our needs. Sandy was an excellent bridge between my wife's priorities, and my priorities.
