We first met Sandy when she stopped by to inquire if we had any interest in selling our home. We said we weren’t ready, but maybe in a year or so we would be. During that initial meeting Sandy showed us comparable sales of other properties in our area, she impressed us so much with her knowledge of all aspects of selling or purchasing real estate, that we decided whenever we do sell, that she would be our agent. Sandy did not disappoint us, she did a fantastic job getting us top money for our home, she and her team did a great job throughout the process. I’ll start by saying I am not looking for the glamorous realtor with their Lexus suv. I’m not interested in the ‘popular’ name in town or vague promises. I’m looking for a serious professional who can give me the best advice and follow through with problem solving and results. Sandy immediately struck me as being professional and above all serious and completely dedicated to being given responsibility for selling our much loved home. She brought her experience with the area and the market and her selling strategy resulted in a great selection of strong offers. With helpful guidance but also ensuring I was always in control of decision making, we sold our house with great terms and fantastic price. Sandy works with a team of realtors, I also met Dana who was also a great communicator, gave great advice and is friendly person. The photographer took outstanding photos. I do believe this really helped bring viewers in. In summary I would absolutely recommend Sandy as your realtor. I very much enjoyed working with her.

I have to say Sandra Milano was on point through the entire process of purchasing a home. My family of seven was on the verge of homelessness and or displacement.
