Sandra Milano is originally from upstate New York and relocated to the Cape in 1985, after spending a summer and falling in love with everything the Cape has to offer. As a self-starter she spent her early years on the Cape following her entrepreneurial instincts and formed many lasting connections while ensconcing herself in the community.
In 2008, Sandy started an advocacy business and negotiated on behalf of distressed property owners. Sandy's negotiation skills, analytical thinking and emotional intelligence helped her to advocate for her clients, resulting in a 90% success rate. Throughout her career as a distressed property advocate, Sandy successfully negotiated over 1000 short sales on behalf of her clients.
In 2018 she decided to apply those skills and become a licensed Realtor, servicing all of the Cape and Islands from Wareham to Provincetown.
