From the first meeting I could tell Michelle was the best person to help me sell my mother's home. Her knowledge, her dedication, her genuine heart, were all essential to getting this unique property sold. She is active in the community and seems to know just about everyone (and if she doesn't, she knows somebody who knows somebody). She will be your staunchest ally in this process, able to hold your hand when you need it but also able to dole out some real truth. She explained the process in detail, kept me informed every step of the way, and always asked how I was feeling about, or did I have questions about, the progress, necessary steps, etc. She also has a great support team. Michelle is a very committed and passionate agent who works tirelessly (regardless of where on the planet she is at any given moment) to navigate through the entire process of selling a home. She met with me and toured the home multiple times prior to listing, advising on staging and pre-listing repairs. She helped strategize on the listing price. She advertised and got the word out in the community about the home and open house. She was proactive about keeping in touch with potential buyers' agents. She solicited feedback and helped me revise my staging in response. She kept diligent track of other comparably priced homes and advised me of the conditions of the market in my area. Once we were pending, Michelle was laser focused on keeping documents in order and accurate, communicating with the buyers' agent and title company, and advising me of every step along the way. She kept me on track with my moving out tasks with her pro-active communication style. She is smart, trustworthy, and knows what she is doing! There is no agent I would recommend more than Michelle Smith. Six stars!
