Tim was an amazing realtor to work with. My husband and I moved to NC from NH and we’re also first time home buyers. We bought our house sight unseen so we were really putting all of our hope in Tim, and he delivered! He answered all of our questions, no matter how small and really went above and beyond for us in our entire home buying process. He never pushed us to go outside our budget and really listened to all our requests and needs with home buying. I’d recommend Tim to anyone looking for their perfect fit!

I really enjoyed working with Tim. I was in TX and he did facetime and youtube videos of a variety of houses for me. I didn't have the largest budget but I felt like one of his most important clients. Tim was always responsive and helpful. Whenever I was feeling down, he was upbeat and encouraging and 100% sure we would find the right home. And we did! I am so thankful he was my agent and I would gladly recommend him to others in the Jacksonville/Hubert area.

We initially contacted Wendy for a rental but ended up finding a home we loved. The only stipulation is that we needed to close fast and with Wendy's help we were able to do just that.
