I was 31 years old when Wendy helped me become a new and first time homeowner. I had some personal struggles throughout the process; from transitioning out of the military into civilian-life, recovering from a divorce, rebuilding my financial independence, and having persistent car trouble. Looking back, it was definitely an overwhelming and scary time, but Wendy was a heaven-sent guide throughout the process. Wendy's a very kind, patient, flexible, personable hardworker; she definitey helped me build the confidence to take the leap. No matter the time, she always answered all my questions promptly and would re-explain anything I didn't understand. Looking at houses for the first time, intiailly, I wasn't sure of what I was seeking but as we continued with the house-hunting process, my personal preferences began to narrow. Some days we looked at 1-2 houses, some days we looked at 4-6 houses, and Wendy worked tirelessly with me and was determined to help me find my forever home. Transitioning out of the military, it was nice to work alongside with such a hardworker that could work at my pace. I am so grateful for crossing paths and having Wendy as my realtor, she has helped me become the happiest I've ever been. Thank you so much, Wendy!

Tim Giffin helped us find our home while we were in a different state. He was honest about each house we looked at via video call and went above and beyond finding us a house that met exactly what we asked for. He went on to dot he same for my brother and then again with my parents! I highly recommend Tim for your house buying and selling needs.
