Tim was a wonderful realtor who helped not only us find the perfect home but our friends at the same time. He was super flexible with our work schedules which allowed us to still see many houses in person rather than just a video. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the neighborhoods, definitely recommend Tim to anyone in the area!

I was in Ohio at the time, Tim did ALL the work, he did a video of the house, he knew exactly what I was looking for and my concerns. His professionalism and knowledge of the housing market was exceptional. His comment to his clients is total satisfaction, from start to finish.

In 2020, I was moving my family from SC to NC. Houses were being sold left and right and some homes didn't meet my taste. But Tim was real patient and diligent. He took time to show us every home and even record some while i was back in SC. If you work with Tim, you're in good hands.

Timothy not only helped buy our home, he also helped sell it a few years later. Tim really goes the extra mile for his clients and truly cares for you and is not just all about the bottom line. Hands down BEST agent in Onslow county!

Tim was the most knowledgeable and respectful agents I have ever worked with. He was always available to answer questions or concerns I had. He bent over backwards to get the job done in a very timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone even thinking of purchasing a home. He certainly gets my vote in any contest. (I realize this is not a contest.....)

We had the pleasure of working with Tim when we bought our house in 2019 as well as when we sold it 3 years later. He is extremely trust worthy, and had great communication skills, as well as listened to all of mine and my husbands concerns. He is an all around amazing relator and if he ever decides to sell homes in New Jersey, I would 100% reach out to him again.

Timothy responded to my request to view the property within minutes. This was around 8:30PM that night. I was very anxious to see the property as soon as possible. Timothy met me at the property the earliest possible the very next day. When I met him in person he was courteous, polite and very professional. Being a first time buyer he immediately made me feel I could trust him and that he had my best interest in mind. The entire home buying process with Timothy was a wonderful and enlightening experience for me. I found he was very knowledgeable of the buying process and even recommended a financial institution other than the one I was considering that met my needs to the fullest and more. If you are looking to buy a home Timothy is your man!! I feel he is the greatest!!!

I believe Tim is an honest person and since I was from new jersey, I had no prior knowledge of him...I would definitely recommend him for your search for a home. we are completely satisfied.
