I was 31 years old when Wendy helped me become a new and first time homeowner. I had some personal struggles throughout the process; from transitioning out of the military into civilian-life, recovering from a divorce, rebuilding my financial independence, and having persistent car trouble. Looking back, it was definitely an overwhelming and scary time, but Wendy was a heaven-sent guide throughout the process. Wendy's a very kind, patient, flexible, personable hardworker; she definitey helped me build the confidence to take the leap. No matter the time, she always answered all my questions promptly and would re-explain anything I didn't understand. Looking at houses for the first time, intiailly, I wasn't sure of what I was seeking but as we continued with the house-hunting process, my personal preferences began to narrow. Some days we looked at 1-2 houses, some days we looked at 4-6 houses, and Wendy worked tirelessly with me and was determined to help me find my forever home. Transitioning out of the military, it was nice to work alongside with such a hardworker that could work at my pace.
