I purchase distressed real estate in Florida, do some rehab and then sell them. I recently bought a house in Melbourne and after working with one realtor and stopping by to see how the property looked, I dropped that broker and went with Karin. I know you hear this all the time, but she did go above and beyond. We had water leaks and other issues and Karin would run over to the home and also set up contractors for me. When a contract offer was presented, she guided us through the decisions and process and coordinated all details and scheduling with the other realtor, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Kerry Ramage did a great job selling my home. We had 3 buyers which two of them fell through due to Financing. I was building another home and needed my house to sell quickly she was able to get me a third buyer almost immediatly and we closed on a FHA loan in only 30 days with no problems.
