We can only use one word to describe Kerry Ramage - AWESOME!! Okay, maybe some more adjectives are needed: Courteous, tenacious, confident, knowledgeable and she isn't just about making a sale. We relocated from NJ to FL and she is the Floridian expert. We wanted to put in an offer on a home that was overpriced and she was actually struggling with it. Kerry said in good conscious she didn't feel right about that knowing we were over paying. We work on 100% commission so we know how difficult it can be to make a deal and to think she wasn't pushing us towards the higher price which equates to higher commission blows our mind. We can't think of too many people who would do that. Would refer her to anyone and please feel free to contact us if you want additional information. Connie is very passionate about her work. She got to know me as a person in order to find the best fitting house for me. She was flexible and worked around my availability for viewing homes. She gave me great advice and things to pay close attention to as a first time home buyer I didn't know. If i ever decide to sell my home and/or purchase another home and Connie is still in the real estate industry I definitely will be using her services again.
