There are so many real estate agents to choose from! It was difficult. However, Bart Miranda was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. He went right out to property and looked at comps, while others just looked at comps to give sale price estimate. Bart helped me understand closing from a distance. I was uncomfortable doing it that way but it's hard for me travel. He helped me feel more comfortable with the process. He did a great job. He made everything go smoothly.

The home that we bought was actually one that we had looked at two months prior.
