Michelle is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable. We looked at many, many houses before we found the right one and she helped us every step of the way. Thank you, Michelle!

Theresa and her team are incredible. It took about 3 weeks start to finish to find a house, close & move my dad in! During those 3 weeks there were 2 hospitalizations and a trip to and from Oklahoma to pack up and drive home. Many things went sideways for us, but Theresa and Kristi picked up those pieces and carried us through every obstacle. There were a lot of twists and turns on our end, and they effortlessly guided us through all of it. The extra effort they put into helping us was vital, and was literally the only reason we were able to accomplish our goal in just 3 weeks time. This team knew the importance of our time restraints and kept everything moving for us. They truly, never stop working. They even assisted us in matters outside of the “realtor scope”, when necessary. At the same time, Dad was selling his house in Oklahoma with another realtor. The difference in realtor experiences was stark. I had 100% confidence in Theresa’s team, we were not so fortunate on the OK end. I now understand that the realtor you choose, matters. It makes all the difference in the world. I’ll never use or recommend anyone other than Theresa Friend and her team. It’s obvious she’s carefully built the dream team of the real estate world over the years. They are professional, dedicated and they care about the client. This only went smoothly because they went above and beyond for us in so many unexpected ways. I am forever thankful.

I was very happy with the service I received from Susan. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and was very thorough and detail oriented.

Susan did extensive market research and told me what I had to upgrade in my house to get a better sale price. She listed the house at a higher sale price than I thought I would get. The winning offer for the house came in half a day, and I got the amount I wanted.

Kerry went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from her as my listing agent. I can’t even list all she did. I will just say she made the process as easy and stress free for me as possible. I have dogs so during the inspection period and other times someone needed to come to my place to fix something she always volunteered to be there so I wouldn’t have to miss work. During the selling process another realtor showing the place got me locked out because she locked an extra lock that wasn’t suppose to be. Kerry called a locksmith and took care of all of it. Seriously so many things happened where she stepped in last minute to make my life easier. Selling a place can be stressful and there were multiple issues during my sale but every time Kerry put me at ease and did whatever she needed to do to get it done and not put any burden on me. Kerry Ramage is the absolute best.

Karin did an excellent job guiding us through the selling process. She provided excellent advice, was extremely knowledgeable, especially of beach homes, able to answer all of our questions, and actively pursued the sell.

Deb made herself available at all hours, used her knowledge to help me make the right offer, and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. She went the extra mile on several small but important tasks, such as fixes after the inspection, and purchasing of some of the furniture. Highly recommend using her as your agent!

Theresa is extremely knowledgable about the area and the entire real estate process. If you have questions, she has answers. Never disappoints! I can not recommend her highly enough for all your real estate needs. This is the second house we have purchased using Theresa and we will be listing our current house for sale with her shortly. Theresa's the BOMB!
