Theresa was a God-send! We met with her a few months before we were prepared to sale and she provided some excellent feedback that helped us get the house in order. We had some challenges - ours was a 1960s model so it was older and located in a neighborhood that some referred to as "sketchy." So finding just the right buyer was very important. We had so many showings it was crazy - usually more than one per day! I was very pleased with the activity! Overall we had over 40 showings in several weeks. Our first offer came in at full price, however they had issues with financing so it fell through. This is how great Theresa is - she helped connect the buyers with mortgage companies she had success with in the past. Because of Theresa's commitment, the buyers were able to secure financing and came back with another offer. We were out of town for a few weeks after we accepted the offer, but Theresa was right there helping out - even offered to fill up the pool before the pool inspection. This sale was a challenge but Theresa took it on and succeeded well beyond my dreams - fantastic service AND the sales price was $25k over what I expected!
