We loved working with Kerry. She was very straightforward and gave us good advice regarding marketing our home. She also found us an outstanding buyer and the process went very smoothly. She kept us well informed and responded quickly any time we had questions for her (even when she was away). Highly recommend her!!!!

Very pleased and thankful for having Connie help us find our home! She was very willing to take us out to look for homes right away, listened closely to what we were looking for, and even did some great research on her own looking for possible homes/neighborhoods we would like. She was patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and overall caring and friendly, perfect person to work with for such an important decision in life! I definitely recommend her!

Just a wonderful and fun person to work with. Very knowledgeable about the market and very much in tune with what we were looking for. In fact Michelle found the exact home we were looking only a couple of hours after a private seller posted a for sale sign on their property before even hitting social media. If it wasn't for Michelle's initiative we would have missed out on our dream home!

Dependable, professional, personal and always on time.. A great experience! Found a house in 4 hours because she had prepared a listing with all specifications I requested. Thanks to Michelle McKinney, I found the perfect home. Thank you Michelle.

Kerry Ramage is an excellent real estate agent. She listed my home with a great description and pictures to back it up. She sold it after only a few days on the market for over the asking price.

Whether seeking an appropriate 'New' home or listing your existing property, Ms. Lindbaek is eminently qualified. When we first moved to Florida she worked with us for a full year to assist us. She knows the entire County very well and is a NATIVE. When we decided three years later to move she listed our property and sold it for a premium profit! Not, an easy feat in Florida. We highly suggest that you consider her services as you will not receive better, more honest or knowledgeable Realtor services elsewhere.

Connie was an absolute joy to work with. We were looking for a retirement home away from the big city but had no real clue of where or what we wanted. Connie was extremely patient and very helpful in pointing out various options, spending numerous weekends showing us properties. We definitely made her earn her money! Thanks to Connie we found the perfect property and have been enjoying the seclusion and quite country life. There is no doubt that we would use her services again. We highly recommend Connie!

I have bought and sold six times and NO agent has EVER been as knowledgable, friendly, attentive, helpful with every detail as Connie. She has gone out of her way to answer all of my questions. She advised me how to set up the house for viewing. She followed up with every viewing, and ultimately sold my house in 5 DAYS!!

Kerry handled everything for me because I was not in residence at the time my townhouse went up for sale. She is very professional and well as personable. She did a great job.

Kerry is awesome! She handled the sale of my home and got me the full asking price. Kerry does her research and is always prepared for the challenges that come with selling a home. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my real estate transaction!

Karen was extremely helpful in negotiating the purchase price of our condo. She even got the seller to go a few thousand dollars below our offer. She always responded in a very timely manner to calls and emails. Her knowledge of the area was an immense help to making us feel at home right away. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to relocate to Brevard County, Fl.

We would highly recommend Karin. We were in town for a short time to look at potential second homes and she made extremely efficient use of our limited time, showing us only those properties that fit our wish list. She was incredibly friendly, highly organized and professional. While we were looking, making the offer, during the negotiations and through closing, Karin helped us in all phases of the transaction. She had a thorough knowledge of the area. We could not have been happier with her or more impressed with how she handled every detail of our purchase. We would DEFINITELY work with her again and recommend her with the utmost confidence.
