I had a wonderful experience with Krissy from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and also has expertise in the mortgage department. She came up with several ideas that I had not thought of that really saved the day. It was an absolute delight working with her and I feel I have made a fast friend also!

Because we had already moved away from the area to start a new job we needed someone trustworthy to handle the sale of our house. Edgar and Melanie Rodriguez were recommended and we couldn't be happier. They handled everything! They staged the house, did all the preps, and put the house on the market and got it sold. They kept us well informed every step of the way and made the transaction as clear and simple as possible. You honestly can't find anyone better to help you with the sale of your house than Edgar and Melanie!

Connie was everything we could have hoped for and more. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was able to zero in on what we wanted within a couple of days and made the process of choosing a house as smooth as possible. I've already referred a friend to her!

Mr. Miranda kept us informed during the entire process of selling our home. We could not have been happier working with such a caring agent that knew it was a hard decision for us. Mr. Miranda made all aspects of our sale extremely easy on us and went out of his way to make this a smooth sale. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area and did get us exactly what we wanted.

We don’t feel like 5 stars is enough to say just how amazing Barbara Lyn is. She is so kind and attentive. She is knowledgeable and persistent. We could not have chosen a better realtor to represent us in the sale of our home AND the purchase of our new home.

Edgar and Melanie were so wonderful to work with. They were available, knowledgeable and Incredibly caring. I loved how calm and knowledgeable Melanie and Edgar were. They made a wonderful team and helped us through what could have been an extra stressful process. I am recommending them already to our friends

We have known Edgar and Melanie for years before we actually did business with them. In my experience, friendship when it crosses over into finances is usually a very bad idea. But in the case of our business relationship we have grown to love these two even greater. Over and over again, we had questions, problems arise, a house we wanted to see at crazy hours both Edgar and Melanie would clear their schedules and make us a priority. Crazy great. I can't say enough about the integrity of this couple and their commitment to see the job through. There are lots of agencies that are out there that can do the job. I just haven't encountered a couple team that cared for their clients as we were treated beyond all expectations. I can't recommend them high enough.

Patty helped me buy two homes and was the listing agent of a home I sold in 2019. She is very knowledgeable of the industry and professionally guided me every step of the way in both the selling and buying process. She went above and beyond and placed my best interest first priority. She is caring and very honest. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is one of the best!

My wife and I met Deb at an open house in Viera. She came across as someone who was very knowledgeable about the Viera neighborhoods and the current market conditions. Deb is very easy to talk to and good at listening. See showed us several listings and we ultimately purchased one. She was there to assist from the time we made the offer right through the closing. Deb is a true real estate professional.
