Short review - She's awesome, you should hire her, you won't be disappointed! Long review - We were looking to move from St. Petersburg to Brevard County, not sure where. Friends recommended Theresa to us and are we glad they did. Given our distance, we could only come over to look at houses every couple of weeks. Our house in St. Pete took forever to sell.
