I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends. Teresa went above and beyond her expertise as a real estate. Agent, she was very knowledgeable of the space coast area. Questions l had for her she knew the answers. She showed me the properties I wanted to see. She did an amazing job. She also came across another property. I didn't have on my list, and wanted to know if I wanted to look at it, which I agreed. She told me that the property was a newer property. She had the paperwork with her for that property. When I looked at it, it was what I was looking for. Theresa Friend worked hard to coordinate our home purchase long distance. We were living in Colorado and moving to Florida. She was insightful on locations and neighborhoods.
