Susan Lewis is by far the most professional all inclusive Real Estate Agent I have ever done business with. She was able to get my asking price, a cash sale, within 24 hours after it was listed. There was no back and forth it was the amount I wanted and it was done. This sale is an out of State sale it went so smoothly I am still astonished. Every detail was handled with out any stress or inconvenience.

I have had the good fortune of having Bart Miranda realter/agent handle the sale of my residence in Americana Resort which allowed me to move back to be with my family and friends. His professionalism in dealing with the Mortgage company, Closing/Title company, buyers of the property and other agencies involved with this sale and handling any concerns they presented with quickly answered questions and resolutions, that made it go through efficiently and smoothly. Teresa went above and beyond her expertise as a real estate. Agent, she was very knowledgeable of the space coast area. Questions l had for her she knew the answers. She showed me the properties I wanted to see. She did an amazing job. She also came across another property. I didn't have on my list, and wanted to know if I wanted to look at it, which I agreed. She told me that the property was a newer property. She had the paperwork with her for that property. When I looked at it, it was what I was looking for. I Theresa is a excellent real estate agent.I was so happy.I got to work with her. She made everything go very smoothly.What a great job she did.
