I don't even know where to start. I did my first transaction (purchase and sale) with Tina a year ago. She did an amazing job on both transactions which were not easy ones. I wasn't expecting to sell and buy so quickly, however, I didn't give it a second thought to use anyone but Tina Zudell. She works VERY hard throughout the entire process to get to the closing table.
