This is the 2nd home I've purchased using Randy and his team and the 2nd experience was even better than the 1st. The previous owner in this house left a LOT of stuff in the garage and basement that I said had to be removed prior to me taking ownership. When the owner wouldn't do it Michelle (the agent I worked with on Randy's team) did it herself! If I knew she was doing it I would have done it myself. She also helped me find the perfect home in a really tight market. I believe it was about one month from when we first saw it to closing.
