Tina was amazing! I had a an empty rental that was in need of alot of repair and updating, had back property taxes due and even an outragous water bill left by previous renters. I stressed over it, thinking I would have to do alot of work and spend money I really didn't have. She was referred by a friend of mine. When she met with me she was so informative and knowledgeable on the process moving forward. She answered every question and gave great advice on how to get the place sold. She is very well connected in the realty community and had a good staff. The house was listed and sold in HOURS! I got over the asking price and houses debt was paid during closing!! I will be retaining her for my next property and referring her to everyone! Feeling so grateful!

My husband and I know have known Tina since grade school. She is a very hard worker. Tina worked with us to find a new home after looking at about 20 homes in two days. She said she had one more home for us to see I told her I was too tired, but she assured us we wanted to see this one, so we did. I walked through the garage into the kitchen and said oh yes, this is the one!! I asked her if we could go right up an offer. She said we can get to it tomorrow. I told her no I didn’t want to miss out on this one so late into the night, she worked with us to get it done. She went above and beyond that night. Happy news we did get the beautiful home. Randy Miller made selling our Clarkston home about as smooth as I could have hoped for. I was managing the whole sale remotely as an out-of-area seller, and Randy handled everything on the ground so I never felt out of the loop. His communication was excellent throughout, always quick to respond and clear about where things stood. He priced the home well and put together a marketing effort that got it in front of the right buyers fast, and we had an offer within about a week of listing. Where Randy really went above and beyond was after the offer came in. He helped me sort through punch list items, coordinated contractors for some minor improvements the buyers wanted done following the inspection, and made the whole process manageable from a distance. He even met the inspector onsite and was there for the appraisal, which gave me real peace of mind as a remote seller. When it came time to negotiate, he worked hard to protect our interests and get the deal done on good terms. If you want an agent who is responsive, strategic, and genuinely on your side, I'd recommend Randy without hesitation.
