Tina was amazing! I had a an empty rental that was in need of alot of repair and updating, had back property taxes due and even an outragous water bill left by previous renters. I stressed over it, thinking I would have to do alot of work and spend money I really didn't have. She was referred by a friend of mine. When she met with me she was so informative and knowledgeable on the process moving forward. She answered every question and gave great advice on how to get the place sold. She is very well connected in the realty community and had a good staff. The house was listed and sold in HOURS! I got over the asking price and houses debt was paid during closing!! I will be retaining her for my next property and referring her to everyone! Feeling so grateful!

My husband and I know have known Tina since grade school. She is a very hard worker. Tina worked with us to find a new home after looking at about 20 homes in two days. She said she had one more home for us to see I told her I was too tired, but she assured us we wanted to see this one, so we did. I walked through the garage into the kitchen and said oh yes, this is the one!! I asked her if we could go right up an offer. She said we can get to it tomorrow. I told her no I didn’t want to miss out on this one so late into the night, she worked with us to get it done. She went above and beyond that night. Happy news we did get the beautiful home. Fast-forward 6 1/2 years later, she sold our home also in 10 days before we moved out of state. it was such an easy transaction. I could not have asked for a better realtor, I have recommended her multiple times to friends and family… Highly recommend Tina Zudell💕
