I wish I could give 10-stars!!! When I decided I needed to purchase a rental home a friend of mine recommended Randy and his team. He helped me quickly find the right home, in the right area and for the right price. I have recommended him to my family and friends for selling their homes, which he did. One friend was relocating to Seattle, WA and Randy was able to put her in touch with an agent in that area which was just as helpful to her for finding a new home as Randy was for selling hers. A little over a year ago I asked Randy's advice on purchasing another rental and with his and his teams guidance I was able find another perfect property.
