Since coming from Central Florida to South Florida, Laura took care of all our needs. She made the transition easy. There was no need to travel to South Fl. to see home, we relied on her judgement. She’s the best. Her associate Jeanne was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Laura and her team. Looking to buy or sell, Laura is your person!

Laura was amazing. She went above and beyond to sell my condo. Unfortunately, I had an another agent to start. She did nothing to sell my condo only asked me to keep lowering the price. Once my contract was up I reached out to Laura Sanders after reading many 5 star reviews. Within a short period of time Laura not only seamlessly sold my condo she listed for $10,000.00 more than the other agent and she got me full asking price. I would highly recommend Laura. Sincerely thank you Laura!

Working with Meirav is what everyone's experience with a realtor should be like. We reached out to her after hearing about another great experience from one of her former clients and we are so happy we did. From Day 1, she was welcoming and eager to help us find our dream home! Meirav brought her years of knowledge and expertise along with heaping doses of kindness, empathy, and patience. She answered all 2,509 of our questions, and was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. She helped us negotiate the best contract and kept us up to date each step of the way. We are so grateful to have met her and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who looking for a top-notch realtor.

Laura was fantastic from the start. I had not conducted a real estate transaction in more than 15 years. She walked us through it and was ALWAYS prepared. From the first time we met, she had done the work. She new the area, had the comps and gave an honest assessment of the property. After interviewing several other agents, we knew Laura was the one. We signed the agreement and the house was listed. Two weeks later we had an offer for the property which was more than we had expected. Great experience and would encourage anyone who is thinking about hiring an agent to give Laura a call.

I have worked with Laura on buying and selling multiple homes. She always got us at or above asking on our sales and found us exactly what we were looking for when purchasing. Laura is highly recommended if you want to sell your home or purchase.

My agent, Laura Sanders was very involved in getting to every source to advertising my property, checking in on every visit and even spent a very informative evening in my home accompanied by the buyer's team family and agent. I was so exhausted upon moving out. My agent Laura came at the end to help me complete the task. She saw clothes in the dryer, she took them out of the dryer and folded them. Oh, am so, so, grateful for all she did. GREAT JOB Laura, KUDO'S TO YOU. GOOD.

Had my property listed with another realtor for 5 months with only a couple showings. Listed it with Laura and had several showings and received an offer the first month. Laura knows how to sell a property.

This was my 2nd time utilizing Laura to sell a rental property. Her communication, work ethic, and consistent service continued to supersede my expectations. She's forthright, with an "edge" that you'll need in any market to get results. With a pulse on the market, she assesses each listing's quirks and strong points by obtaining specific feedback from viewers, often times not an easy task! . Laura goes the extra mile to make it happen; therefore I'll continue to utilize her in the future. Thank you Laura Sanders!!

Rita was fantastic throughout the the entire process. Rita always kept us informed. I cannot thank her enough for making the sale of my Mom's apartment in such a short period of time. I highly recommend Rita should you need a property sold, or looking to buy.

Working with Laura on marketing my property in Miami Shores, up to taking it to closing, was seamless. The property was a bit of a "schlep" from her base, but she proved soon enough that a property's geographical location is no issue for her to obtain results. Her suggestions were spot-on to prepare it for sale, and soon after listing it went under contract and sold at a handsome price. I will, without a doubt, utilize Laura Sanders on all my future real estate endeavors!
