We had an excellent experience with Laura Sanders and her team. 1st and foremost she was very knowledgeable on any areas that I needed assistance with. From selling to having a full equipped team to meet any of our needs. Extremely communicative. Friendly but profession-able. Would responde any day and any time. Always keeping me informed of every step. She provided me with brochures of our home. She had some staging pieces to add to the home. Having my interests as a priority. She provided a lot of exposure to the home to sell as quickly as possible. Thank You to Laura Sanders and her team.

I have worked w many realtors through the years. Laura is first class and worked tirelessly to promote our condo. She is the best. She starts working early am and works late into the night. I called her many times after 9-9:30 and she was still working for her clients. I have referred her many times and I would highly recommend you go w Laura, you won’t be sorry. We had the great fortune to hire Laura as our Realtor to sell our home.. she told us what we needed to do to get the house ready to list, it was a long list but we did it. She then had professional photos done, very nice brochures and did a "coming soon" campaign. due to the size of her network we had a lot of pre-listing activity and when it went live we had immediate offers.. she got is the highest price in our neighborhood and negotiated great terms for us. Communication along the way was great. If you need a great Realtor, the Laura Sanders team is the ticket!
