Laura Sanders is an amazing agent. She went above and beyond in assisting and guiding us in making improvements to get the best price and offer for our condo in Tamarac. She responds timely and kept us informed throughout the process. She cares about her clients and focused on our needs. Living in Northeast Florida, we could not have gotten the condo closed without her. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs you have. She will take care of you. Thank you so much Laura!

Laura has helped my family several times over the years. The first time was when we moved to the area, we had tried another agent that was just terrible and luckily, we found Laura. My wife had cancer and wanted to live in south FL for the research opportunities. Laura did everything she could to find our dream house and worked with the seller to get us this house. Because of Laura my wife was able to live in the house she desperately wanted for a year before she lost her battle. If it wasn’t for Laura who knows if we would have ever found a home, this was in 2020 when houses were flying off the market. The second time was the sale of our uncle’s home. He signed one of those we buy your house deals and realized that they had cheated him. Laura worked with a lawyer to get him out of the contract and sold the house in a few hours once it went on the marker under her. She worked hard to get a price we were extremely happy with. Now she did all the back work finding all the mistakes in the other contract, working with doc-u-sign, and constant calls to the lawyer without knowing if she would actually get the sale. What agent does that? Laura Sanders did.

!!!100% SATISIFIED!!! Mike and Stephanie were amazing to work with during the entire process of selling our home. Their network of people that assisted the process were amazing...all were professional and a pleasure to work with! We moved out of state prior to the sale, but Mike and Stephanie maintained solid communication throughout the entire process making sure things were handled correctly...we couldn't be more pleased we chose to work with them. Thank you again! May God bless you and your family! ❤️

Laura Sanders is the best realtor I have ever hired to search and buy a home. She is professional in every aspect of the whole process. She definitely has an amazing knowledge about the market in South FL. Laura being on top of everything made our process smooth. Even when we came across some issues (always are) she was the one that stood on top of them and supported us to overcome those. She is friendly and supportive and she will guide you hand by hand from finding your home, to suggesting you the best finance people and other services needed to accomplish your dream! She is not just an agent , Laura is everything in one , friendly , professional and ahead of the game. There is a reason why she is one of the best agents in FL. Highly recommended!!!

From the first phone call to a few texts post sale Michael has been a dream to work with. He took control of the process immediately, told us exact what was going to happen and how to present the house. He sold at a price above our expectations, in a time frame also above our expectations. I highly recommend Michael and the Perrault group they were a pleasure to work with.

Good friends of ours referred us to Mike and we are so glad they did. They guy really impressed me. His eagerness to meet our needs was so clear from the first phone call we had. He was proactive from start to finish and involved in every detail throughout our journey to find our home in Lake Worth. He followed up on our behalf with listing agents, the title company, and the HOA. He gave us solid recommendations on insurance agents and lendors. He earned our trust from the jump. As a sales professional myself I was inspired by Mike's service and know he was somehow providing that same level of service to multiple other clients while dealing with us. So impressed by him and can't wait to recommend him to friends & family soon.

Ysabel never got tired of showing me place after place and getting a feel for what I was looking for and on the last stop, she brought me to a place that was perfect for me and ended up buying it and I couldn't be happier and she couldn't have been more accommodating in any capacity, but I asked her to help she was there . It was a nice and smooth experience working with Bill. He took over from another agent and did a great job in remaking the appearance of the property and ultimately moved it in a not-so-favorable market.
