Tom knows the local housing market, the neighborhoods, how to work with the local government (permits, etc.) and what will pique the interest of potential buyers. We worked with him long-distance and that didn't make any difference. The level of service and communication were outstanding. My relative's house sold quickly and we were very pleased with the selling price. Tom was very professional with everyone involved in the process and was very helpful in guiding us through every step - and there were some challenges! He successfully resolved all of them. I would highly recommend him, whether you are from the local area or out-of-town and trying to transact business long-distance.

I have had the pleasure as a Personal Representative for an Estate of working with Tom Fleming and was greatly impressed with his commitment to finding a Buyer for the home of the decedent. He worked tirelessly to find the right buyer for the home and asssisted us in evaluating the proposed Buyers. In the end we found a Buyer for the home at a great price for us and he helped through the negotiations and work done to get the house sold, even after the closiing, he helped us to clean up the issues that survived the sale. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better broker. Would be pleased to work with him again.
