Rita Mesquita is the absolute best! We've sold and purchased multiple homes with her since 2013, and my mom did even before that! She's always on top of her game and we know we are being taken care of. I can't imagine using any other realtor besides her. We love Rita Mesquita!

We are so happy and impressed with the work, the heart and the professionalism that Mr. Scott Nikot has shown us in the execution of the sale of our condo here in Poinciana Place. He was from the beginning to the end very courteous, knowledgeable and very effective in helping us with the sale. His professionalism is exemplary and he is a man who has shown us by word his integrity to his profession. I highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to buy or sell their properties. You will not be wronged. You will be astounded by this man’s integrity and performance of his work. If there were 6 stars to top the best he gets them from us. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Even though I live out of state, Vincent went above and beyond to find me a home within my budget, in the vicinity I requested and within a certain time frame! He guided me through the entire closing process as well. Will definitely use/recommend Mr. Vincent Gubitosi!

I've dealt with Re-Max realtors before & have always had a good experience with this company. They cover all the bases etc. Vincent Gubitosi was a nice guy, my age lol, so we had things in common. He was very aware & on point as to how I wanted to sell my unit & he made it happen with just One Open House.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vincent Gubitosi
Totally professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Very aggressive attitude toward the sale. Highly recommend Vinny for sale or purchase.

I was working with another realtor from Keller Williams but because the market has been so difficult, she eventually vanished. Thank God, someone told me about Vincent who came to the rescue, and we were able to meet the deadline to close on a condo. I really enjoyed working with him, he is optimistic, always fought for my interests and advised me like a friend. He is not just trying to sell you whatever, he will help you find the right place for you and your family, you will be in great hands to navigate the turbulent waters of the housing market. He goes above and beyond…he is awesome. Thank you, Vincent!
Vincent Gubitosi
Vince was very knowledgeable about the market, offered good advice, & stayed in constant contact, even responding to texts & calls outside of regular business hours & days. He guided us through completion of the sale, & managed delays & addendums expertly. We couldn't have asked for better service.
Vincent Gubitosi
There is one thing I can say about her. She is the best realtor. My process was easy and fast. I sold my house in 3 hours. I really recomend her. Thanks Ysabel.
