He was very competent and calmed our fears and concerns. He didn't make outrageous promises but he was very matter of fact and informative. He kept in regular contact with us. Laura thinks outside the box and did not easily give up on the sale. I listed my condo for sale with her and I had an offer the next day, it was under contract in three days of her listing. The buyer had some issues with her bank and was going to give up on the sale but Laura had an ace up her sleeve. She asked her more experienced and trusted bankers/underwriters to help the buyer. Because of this, we had no more issues going forward and my condo was sold after a month.

Donna Vaughan Tom helped my son in a complex probate case that involved guardianship of a minor and settling the estate by selling the home. He had to work with the estate, guardianship, and closing attorneys simultaneously to close the sale. Tom is a very hard-working and diligent real estate agent. Tom sent me material on the probate process in the mail without the promise of securing my business. He went around the local community and took pictures of parks and recreational areas for the estate to better market the property. Tom took time to go around the area of the property and talk with residents about the amenities in the area to better prepare his presentation. I was blown away by the detailed presentation to secure our business. Tom also created custom color pamphlets for prospective buyers that came and see the property.
