It's hard for one realtor to live up to another realtor's expectations, but Tom did that and more. We needed to sell my uncle's home which was in probate in Florida while living in Colorado. Trying to deal with all that was involved from a different state could have been quite an ordeal, but with Tom's help it went smoothly from start to finish. He is professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. In addition to being a great realtor for any probate, estate, or other real estate needs, he is just an all-around super person, and we are so thankful to have made his acquaintance.
